You can return or exchange items within 28 days of original purchase date with a valid receipt.

We will offer you a credit note or an exchange to the value of the item’s last known selling price.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging or with their original labels and must be in a re-saleable condition.

Items excluded from this policy:

• Beauty products (i.e. lotions/hand creams/soaps)
• Items purchased at a discounted price due to damage

We cannot replace missing or poor quality items if you have not reported them before leaving the park.
