Stafford Winter Fair ~ Bizarre I think is the word, we ventured up north van fully laden to set up our wonderful xmas stand ready for a busy weekend at Stafford Winter Fair. Business was booming and all was well until………….. complaints that people didn’t like the smell of food in the food hall? No Jeremy Beadle I thought and we continued to cook our delicious products. No you definately can’t cook here we were told !! No cooking in the food hall? and I was marched to see the chief executive. Someone had decided to mix the food hall with the clothing stands and rightly so they didn’t want their products smelling of food, but who’s fault was this I asked myself not mine. In a bid to rectify the situation it was agreed we should cook outside and pass the food through a window……thank you for the great idea Stafford Winter Fair, take a look at our interesting picks!! Next year a better idea would be to inform traders you don’t want food smells in the food hall!!
