Luscious Free Range Warwickshire Spring Lamb

Our lovely, local lamb is reared using traditional methods and left to graze naturally on the lush spring grass and summer pastures on Warwickshire farms. During winter months their diet is supplemented with a grain based feed and hay.   

Having spent the spring and summer months in the fields, the lambs are selected on a weekly basis for Farmers Fayre when the meat is at its most succulent and flavoursome.
